تأثیر حضور نانوسیم‌های نقره بر سختی، رفتار تریبولوژیکی و خواص خوردگی پوشش آندایزینگ آلومینیم

چکیده

آندایزینگ با توجه به افزایش قابل توجه عملکرد سطحی آلومینیم و آلیاژهای آن یک روش مناسب در حوزه مهندسی سطح برای این فلز می‌باشد. اما برای کاربرد هر چه بیشتر این روش، پر کردن تخلخل این پوشش یک گزینه بسیار کارامد می‌باشد. از طرفی با توجه به ساختار منحصر بفرد لایه اکسیدی حاصل از آندایز می‌توان از این لایه به منظور رشد انواع نانو سیم‌ها نیز استفاده کرد. در این پژوهش با انجام آندایزینگ آلومینیم 1070 در محلول اسید اگزالیک - اسید سولفوریک و کاهش ولتاژ نهایی آندایز به منظور کاهش ضخامت لایه سدیِ پوشش اکسیدی، به بررسی میکروساختار پوشش به کمک تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی نشر میدانی (FESEM) پرداخته شد. سپس با استفاده از روش رسوب الکتروشیمیایی، نانوسیم‌های نقره درون لایه اکسیدی رشد داده شد. نتایج آزمون پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) نشان داد که لایه اکسیدی دارای ساختار غیر کریستالی بود و نقره‌های رشد داده شده خلوص بسیار بالایی داشتند. ت مقاومت سایشی پوشش‌ها با استفاده از آزمون پین بر دیسک بررسی شد. مشخص شد که رشد نقره درون پوشش منجر به افزایش 55 درصدی مقاومت سایشی پوشش می‌شود. بررسی تصاویر سطوح سایش به کمک تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی (SEM) نشان داد دلیل این افزایش، خاصیت روانکاری نقره و کاهش ضریب اصطکاک پوشش در حضور این پرکننده‌ها بوده است. أثیر حضور این نانوسیم‌ها بر مقاومت به خوردگی آلومینیم آندایز شده، به کمک آزمون‌های امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی و پلاریزاسیون تافل مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از بهبود رفتار خوردگی زیرلایه در حضور نانوسیم‌های نقره بود.
