The results obtained from solubility and TGA showed that nanofibers networked with glutaraldehyde have the highest structural stability. Finally, the results of this research indicate that Starch/PVA(GA)nanofibers will have the potential to be used in the field of biomedicine.}, keywords = {Starch,Poly(vinyl alcohol),Electrospinning,Nanofiber,Crosslinking}, title_fa = {بررسی عوامل شبکه ای کننده مختلف بر ساختار نمدهای نانوالیاف نشاسته – پلی وینیل الکل تولید شده به روش الکتروریسی}, abstract_fa = {کامپوزیت نانوالیاف آلیاژی از پلیمرهای طبیعی و مصنوعی در سال‌های اخیر بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این بایو مواد جدید، در سامانه رهایش دارو، زخم پوش و مهندسی بافت کاربرد گسترده‌ای دارند. در این کار تحقیقاتی نانوالیاف آلیاژ نشاسته (Starch) و پلی وینیل الکل (PVA) به روش الکتروریسی تولید شد. به دلیل فرایند پذیری دشوار نشاسته، از پلی وینیل الکل به عنوان کمک فرایند استفاده شد. جهت بهبود خواص مکانیکی و کاربرد در محیط‌های آبی و انحلال پذیری آن ها، عملیات شبکه ای شدن نانو الیاف آبدوست Starch/PVA به وسیله گرما، جنیپین (Genipin)، سیتریک اسید محلول در آب، سیتریک اسید محلول در اتیل استات و گلوتارآلدهید(Glutaraldehyde) صورت گرفت. به منظور آنالیز نانو الیاف، تصاویر ریخت شناسی با میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی(SEM) و شناسایی نانو الیاف تولید شده با روش‌های طیف سنجی زیر قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR) و پراش پرتوایکس (WAXD) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. پایداری حرارتی نانوالیاف قبل و بعد از شبکه‌ای شدن با آنالیز وزن سنجی حرارتی (TGA) انجام شد. نتایج SEM، الیاف با قطر یکنواخت و آرایش تصادفی تولید شده است و با افزودن نشاسته کاهش قطر الیاف مشاهده شد. نتایج FTIR و WAXD، نشان دهنده برهمکنش مناسب دو جزء پلیمری و عامل شبکه‌ای کننده می باشد. نتایج انحلال پذیری و TGA نشان داد نانوالیاف شبکه ای شده با گلوتارآلدهید در مقایسه با سایر عوامل شبکه ای شده مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، بالاترین میزان پایداری ساختاری را دارد، نتایج حاکی از این است که نانوالیاف Starch/ PVA (GA) قابلیت کاربرد در زمینه زیست پزشکی را خواهند داشت.}, keywords_fa = {نشاسته,پلی وینیل الکل,الکتروریسی,نانوالیاف,شبکه ای کردن}, url = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_163631.html}, eprint = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_163631_add332d1ab5bd445d202e175a3cee6b2.pdf} }
