One basicdrawback in dealing with KNN is its sensitivity to the moisture. The aim of this study is to find out howthe atmospheric conditions affect the properties of stoichiometric (K0.50Na0.50)NbO3. The results arebased on the experiences of working in two different research institutes in Iran and Slovenia, with theaverage annual relative humidity of 53 and 78 % in 2014, respectively. The average relative density ofsample synthesized/sintered in Iran and Slovenia were 94.0 and 91.5 %, respectively. In order to furtherincrease the density of sintered samples, a pre-annealing step for 4 h at 450 ˚C was introduced to thesintering curve in Slovenia and sintering was carried out in a completely open crucible configuration.These caused the density of samples to increase to 93.4 %. Measuring the dielectric loss versus temperatureshowed a remarkable increase upon cooling from 100 ˚C to room temperature, which could beattributed to the absorption of the humidity by sample. The results of this study showed that choosinga less-humid environment will allow easier handling in the process and less difficulties in the electricalcharacterization of final KNN products.}, keywords = {Moisture,CO2,Synthesis,Potassium-sodium niobate,Lead-free piezoelectrics}, title_fa = {سرامیک پیزوالکتریک بدو ن سرب نایوبات پتاسیم- سدیم؛ دشواری های فرآیند ساخت و مزیت های نسبی ایران: مطالعۀ موردی ایران و اسلوونی}, abstract_fa = {در بین ترکیبات مختلف ارائه شده در حوزۀ پیزوالکتری کهای بدو نسرب، نایوبات پتاسیم/ سدیم[KNN]به علت دارابودن دانسیتۀ کمتر و خواص الکتریکی قاب لقبول و نیز توانایی کارکرد در دماهای بالاتر،ا ز اهمیتویژ های برخوردار است. یکیا ز مشکلات اساسی کار با سرامیکKNNحساسیت این ترکیب به رطوبت هوا م یباشد. این پژوهش بر آن است تا مشخص کند شرایط آب و هوایی چگونه و تا چه حد م یتواند ویژگی های سرامیک پیزوالکتریک KNNرا تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. به همین منظور فرآیندهای سنتز و زینترا ین ماده در دو شهربا درصدهای رطوبت نسبی متفاوت در کشورهای ایران و اسلوونی موردبررسی قرار گرفت. دانسیتۀ نسبی نمونۀ سنتز/زینتر شده درایران و در کشوراسلوونی به ترتیب برابر94%و 91/5%م یباشد. با اعمال پیش حرارت دهی در منحنی زینترنمونه ها دراسلوونی در دمای45 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 4 ساعتو نیز زینتر نمونه ها به صورت بوته باز، دانسیتۀ نمونه ها دراسلوونی تا93/4%ا فزایش یافت. کمتربودن دانسیتۀنمونه ها دراسلوونی با ارائۀ مکانیزمی مبتنی بر تشکیل و ذوب هیدروکسیدهاو کربناتهای قلیایی در دماهایی زیر دمای زینتر سرامیکKNN,که میتواند منجربه افزایش اندازۀ ذرات درست قبل ازشروع فرآیند زینتر شود، توجیه شدها ست. همچنین در منحنی تلفات الکتریکی بر حسب دما حین سردکردن، یک افزایشقابل ملاحظ های در مقدار فاکتور تلفات الکتریکی در سردشدن از دمای100 درجه سانتیگراد تا دمای محیط مشاهده شد. این مسأله نشان میدهد رطوبت بالای هوا در اسلوونی باعث میشود خواص دی الکتریک اندازه گیری شده به ویژه در دمایمحیط در فرکانس های پایین، مقادیر واقعی نباشند.}, keywords_fa = {رطوبت هوا,دی اکسیدکربن,سنتز,نایوبات پتاسیم/ سدیم,پیزوالکتریک بدون سرب}, url = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_68739.html}, eprint = {} }
