بهبود خواص ضدآب و تنفس پذیری غشای نانولیفی هیبریدی پلی یورتان-پلی(وینیلیدین فلوراید)
در این پژوهش غشای نانولیفی هیبریدی ضدآب با قابلیت تنفس پذیری و مقاومت بالا در برابر نفوذ آب تهیه شد. برای این منظور نانوالیاف هیبریدی پلی یورتان- پلی(وینیلیدین فلوراید) با نسبت های مختلف و در حضور نانوذرات سیلیکا به کمک روش الکتروریسی تولید شدند. تأثیر نسبت های مختلف پلیمرهای مورد مطالعه بر مورفولوژی و خواص عملکردی غشای نانولیفی نظیر تنفس پذیری و خواص ضدآب مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و آزمون های نفوذپذیری هوا، فشار هیدرواستاتیکی و تراوایی بخار آب استفاده شد. مطالعه مورفولوژی غشای نانولیفی هیبریدی نشان دهنده تولید نانوالیاف یکنواخت و عاری از دانه تسبیحی با متوسط اندازه قطر 60 تا 80 نانومتر می باشد. همچنین افزایش نسبت پلیمر PVDF در غشای نانولیفی به میزان 70% سبب افزایش میزان نفوذپذیری هوا و فشار هیدرواستاتیکی گردید. نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که غشای نانولیفی تولید شده با نسبت PVDF به PU برابر 70 به 30، خواص تنفس پذیری و ضدآب بهتری را نشان می دهد، بطوریکه مقدار نفوذپذیری هوا به اندازه mL/cm2.s 6/68 و مقدار تراوایی بخار آب حدود g/m2/day 2853 بدست آمد.

تهیه و مشخصهیابی پراکنهی پلی استر اکریلات تقلیل پذیر با آب مورد استفاده در صنایع پوششهای خودرویی
مسائل زیست محیطی امروزه صنایع مختلف پوششی، از جمله صنایع خودرویی را به سمت استفاده از پوششهای پایه آبی سوق دادهاند. رزینهای پلی استر به عنوان یکی از اجزای پرکاربرد در بنپوشههای این صنعت به شمار میروند. با ایجاد پیوند دوگانه در زنجیر اصلی آنها قادر خواهند شد با مونومرهای اکریلیکی وارد واکنش شده و به عاملیتهای هدف داری برسند. در این پژوهش، ابتدا یک رزین پلی استر با استفاده از مونومرهای اسید آدیپیک، کاردورا، تری متیلول پروپان و اسید فیوماریک تولید شد. سپس به منظور افزایش آبدوستی و ایجاد قابلیت پخش در آب، با ترکیبی از مونومرهای اسید اکریلیک و بوتیل اکریلات پیوند زده شد. این رزین پس از خنثی سازی توسط تری اتیل آمین قابلیت پخش در آب و ایجاد پراکنهی پایه آبی پلی استر اکریلات را به دست آورد. متوسط عددی و وزنی جرم مولکولی این رزین به کمک آزمون کروماتوگرافی ژل تراوایی مقادیر 980 و 2069 و اندیس بسپاشیدگی آن 2/1 گزارش شدند. اعداد اسیدی و هیدروکسیلی محصول به ترتیب برابر 105 و 205 بودهاند. اندازهی ذرات پراکنهی نهایی به کمک آزمون پراکندگی نور دینامیکی 168/1 نانومتر اندازه گیری شدند. پایداری پراکنه به کمک آزمون پتانسیل زتا اندازه گیری و مقدار میانگین آن 88/9- میلی ولت گزارش شد. فرآیند پخت رزین به دست آمده به همراه یک رزین ملامین انجام و چسبندگی کاتوپلاسم آن برابر 3B تعیین گردید.

بررسی اثر رسوب نانو ذرات Ag بر خواص فوتوکاتالیستی C3N4 برای حذف آنتی بیوتیک تتراساکلین
برخی آلایندههای آلی میتوانند بدون آنکه توسط روشهای معمول تصفیه حذف شوند وارد آب آشامیدنی شوند. یک گروه از این آلایندهها آنتیبیوتیکها هستند که در صورت حضور در آب و ورود به بدن انسان، بهمرورزمان سبب مقاومت باکتریها میشوند. در تحقیق حاضر نانو لایههای کربن نیترید که یک نیمههادی در محدوده نور مرئی است به روش تجزیه حرارتی دی سیانامید تهیه شد و بر روی آن، نانو ذرات نقره برای افزایش کارایی فوتوکاتالیستی رسوبگذاری شد. خواص فوتوکاتالیستی ماده حاصل برای حذف آنتیبیوتیک تتراسایکلین در آبهای آلوده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پودر بدست آمده توسط میکروسکپ الکترونی عبوری، پراش اشعه ایکس، آزمون تعیین سطح ویژه و طیفسنجی فرابنفش-مرئی مشخصه یابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که کربن نیترید با موفقیت سنتز شده و نانو ذرات نقره با ابعاد 30 نانومتر بر روی سطح کربن نیترید قرارگرفتهاند. مقدار شکاف انرژی نمونه کربن نیترید برابر 7/2 الکترونولت به دست آمد که بعد از کامپوزیت کردن نمونهها با نقره منطقه جذب نور مرئی در محدوده 450 تا 570 نانومتر افزایش مییابد و شکاف انرژی به حدود 67/2 الکترونولت تغییر میکند. افزودن نانو ذرات نقره با جلوگیری از بازترکیب الکترون-حفره باعث بهبود خواص فوتوکاتالیستی کربن نیترید شدهاند. نمونه حاوی دو درصد وزنی نقره دارای بالاترین خواص فوتوکاتالیستی بود. نمونه کامپوزیت تولیدی، آنتیبیوتیک تتراسایکلین را در محلول آبی تا 89 درصد پس از زمان 60 دقیقه تخریب کرد همچنین ثابت سرعت واکنش تخریب از min-1 0087/0 در نمونه کربن نیترید خالص به min-1 036/0 پس از رسوبگذاری نانو ذرات نقره افزایش یافت.

کارایی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در مدل سازی فرایند جذب یون سیانید از محلول آبی توسط نانوجاذب ZnO@MOF-199
سیانید به عنوان محصول جانبی درپساب صنایع مختلفی وجود دارد که تصفیه آن قبل از ورود به محیط زیست الزامی است. سیانید را می توان با روش های مختلف فیزیکی، شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی از آب و پساب های صنعتی حذف کرد، اما اغلب این روش ها هزینه بر هستند. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی کارایی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی ((ANN برای پیش بینی حذف یون سیانید موجود در محلول های آبی توسط نانو جاذبZnO@MOF-199 است. از نتایج آزمایشگاهی بدست آمده از پارامترهای مهم و تاثیر گذار بر فرایند حذف سیانید، شامل pH در محدوده (5 تا 9)، زمان تماس در محدوده (30-90 دقیقه) و دما در محدوده (25تا 45) درجه سانتی گراد برای مدل سازی شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی پسا انتشار خطا – لونبرگ مارکوارت (BP-LM) استفاده شد. در شبکه مذکور، پارامترهای ورودی از قبیل pH ، دما، زمان تماس، وزن جاذب و حجم نمونه به عنوان داده های ورودی و راندمان حذف سیانید به عنوان داده خروجی در نظر گرفته شد . برای مقایسه مدل های مختلف تدوین شده توسط شبکه عصبی مصنوعی از معیارهای آماری ضریب همبستگی و مجموع میانگین مربعات خطا استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل برای ضریب همبستگی و مجموع مربعات خطا با داشتن مقادیر 985/0 و65/0، بیانگر پیش بینی موفق شبکه در مدل سازی و کارایی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در پیش بینی حذف یون سیانید از محلول می باشد.

سینتیک رشد لایه نازک کربن آمورف طی فرآیند انباشت در رابطه با مورفولوژی سطح و تحولات ساختاری لایهها بررسی شد. لایه نازک کربن آمورف با استفاده از روش کندوپاش پرتو یونی بر سطح شیشه انباشت شد. بر اساس مدل آورامی، رشد لایه نازک کربن آمورف در ضخامتهای بالاتر از nm 56 ( بعد از s 900 انباشت ) به صورت 2 بعدی انجام می شود و معادله پیشنهادی جهت بررسی فرآیند رشد در تحقیق حاضر به صورت V=1-exp(-2×〖10〗^(-7) t^2 ) میباشد. تغییرات نرخ ضخامت مانند مدل پیشنهادی آورامی از یک نمودار S شکل در بازه زمانی s300 تا s 4500 تبعیت میکند. به این صورت که سرعت افزایش ضخامت در مراحل اولیه و انتهای فرآیند لایه نشانی کم است، در حالی که در میانه مسیر زیاد میباشد. بررسی مورفولوژی سطح لایهها نشاندهنده ارتباط زبری سطح با تحولات ساختاری لایه ها تحت تاثیر افزایش ضخامت می باشد. بر اساس نتایج طیف رامان، حداکثر جابجایی مکان پیک G در نمونه انباشت شده با ضخامت nm 360 همراه با کاهش نرخ رشد لایه ایجاد می شود. نسبت ID/IG، اندازه خوشه های گرافیتی با پیوند sp2 (La) و زبری لایه مذکور به ترتیب برابر با 2/1 و nm 48/1 و nm 80/4±39/20 میباشد.

ساخت و مشخصه یابی چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی بر پایهی آهن به منظور حذف رنگزای متیلن بلو از پسآبهای رنگی
امروزه با توجه به حجم بالای تولید پسآبهای آلاینده، طرح راهحلهایی به منظور تصفیهی آنها از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. از جمله روشهای مطرح شده جهت تصفیهی پسآبهای صنعتی، استفاده از چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی به دلیل ویژگیهای منحصر به فرد نظیر شکاف انرژی پایین و مساحت سطح ویژهی بالا به عنوان فتوکاتالیست جهت تخریب رنگزا در پسآب میباشد. در مطالعهی حاضر سعی شد تا با ساخت چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی بر پایهی آهن، از آنها جهت تخریب رنگزای متیلن بلو در پسآبهای صنعتی استفاده شود. به این منظور، چارچوب آلی- فلزی MIL-53(Fe) با استفاده از نمک آهن نیترات(FeNO3.9H2O) و در سه دمای 120، 150 و 180 درجه سانتیگراد و با استفاده از روش سولوترمال ( حلالی- دمایی) ساخته شد. سپس با استفاده از آزمونهای XRD ، FTIR ، SEM و UV-vis DRS مشخصه یابی نمونههای ساخته شده انجام گردید. در نهایت با استفاده از رنگزای متیلن بلو و در مجاورت لامپ هالوژن 500 وات میزان تخریب رنگزا توسط سه فتوکاتالیست، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد، نمونه ساخته شده در دمای 180 درجهی سانتیگراد دارای بیشترین میزان درصد بلورینگی و جذب نور، بیشترین شکاف انرژی و همچنین مناسبترین راندمان تخریب رنگزا (56 %) بود.

تولید تونر الکتروفتوگرافی با استفاده از کوپلیمریزاسیون امولسیونی درجای استایرن-بوتیلاکریلات
ذرات کامپوزیتی رنگدانه کربن سیاه و کوپلیمر استایرن- بوتیلاکریلات طی فرآیند پلیمریزاسیون درجای امولسیونی تولید شدند. خواص ذرات تونر تولید شده به کمک آزمونهای تفرق نور دینامیکی برای بررسی اندازه ذرات و توزیع اندازه ذرات، گرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی و تجزیه گرما وزن سنجی با هدف بررسی رفتار حرارتی، آزمون میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی به هدف بررسی ریز ساختار، آزمون وزن سنجی برای بررسی درصد تبدیل واکنش و آزمونهای رنگ سنجی و میکروسکوپ نوری برای بررسی خواص رنگی و یکنواختی نمونه، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تونر تولید شده دارای میانگین اندازه ذرات 0.07 میکرومتر با توزیع اندازه ذرات 332/1 است، دمای انتقال شیشهای در حدود 70 درجه سانتیگراد است و درصد تبدیل واکنش برابر با 97% است. با توجه به رفتار حرارتی نمونه میتوان گفت که واکنش کوپلیمریزاسیون انجام شده است. از طرف دیگر با مقایسه نتایج حاصل از آزمون اسپکتروفتومتری نمونه تولید شده با نمونههای تونر موجود در بازار، مشاهده شد که نمونه تولید شده خواص رنگی مشابهی با نمونه های موجود در بازار دارد. اغلب ویژگیهای ذرات کامپوزیتی تولید شده برای کاربرد بهعنوان تونر چاپگرهای الکتروفتوگرافی مناسب و کارآمد هستند.
