بررسی خواص سایشی، سختی، ریز ساختاری و رفتار خوردگی فولاد St52 پوشش داده شده توسط ذرات نیکل-کاربید تنگستن به وسیله روش جوش کاری قوس تنگستن-گاز
در این پژوهش آلیاژسازی سطحی فولاد St52 به وسیله ی قوس تنگستنی و گازمحافظ آرگون ( TIG ) و به وسیله ی پودر کاربید تنگستن انجام شده است. برای ارزیابیساختار متالورژیکی، خواص سایشی و مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش از میکروسکوپ نوری،میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی ( SEM )، سختی سنجی و آزمایش پتانسیواستات استفادهشده است. خوردگی نمونه های تهیه شده توسط آزمون خوردگی یکنواخت مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. ارزیابی ریزساختاری از سطوح خورده شده توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی(SEM)انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از ساییده شدن سطوح توسط SEM نشان می دهد که در حالت کلیافزایش مقدار ذرات تقوی تکننده WC باعث افزایش مقاومت زمینه در برابر تغییر شکل شده و درنهایت سبب بهبود مقاومت به سایش نمونه ها می گردد. بیشترین مقاومت به سایش مربوط به نمونه هایبا 20 درصد از WC به دست آمده است. نتایج آزمون خوردگی نشان میدهد که پتانسیل خوردگییکنواخت نمونه ها با افزایش درصد فاز تقویت کننده نسبت به پتانسیل فولاد افزایش پیداکرده و همچنینبا افزایش درصد ذرات تقویت کننده کاربید تنگستن، مقاومت به خوردگی نمونه ها افزایش داشته است.

مروری بر تاثیر جایگزینی کاتیون ها بر خواص اسپینل های ترکیبی بر پایه ی کبالت، روی و منیزیم
امروزه استفاده از نانوذرات CoAl2O4 و، MgAl2O4 و ZnAl2O4 به عنوان پرکاربردترینساختارهای اسپینلی در صنعت کاتالیست، پایه ی کاتالیست و رنگدانه ی معدنی رایج شده است.مطالعات انجام گرفته نشان می دهد که استفاده ی جداگانه از اسپینل ها کارایی لازم را نداشتهو در سال های اخیر استفاده ی ترکیبی و همزمان از آن ها مورد توجه قرارگرفته است. درتحقیق حاضر، ضمن بررسی خصوصیات و دلایل عدم کارایی مناسب نانوذرات مذکور، تاثیرجایگزینی کاتیون های M = Zn, Mg, Mn, Ba, Sr در ساختار CoxM1-xAl2O4 به عنوانیکی از روش های نوین بهبود عملکرد اسپینل ها مطالعه شده است. نتایج حاصل، نشان می دهد کهاستفاده از کاتیون های مذکور به طور قابل توجهی موجب بهبود خواص کامپوزیت شده است که ازجمله ی آن می توان به کنترل پدیده ی تبادل یون بین دو جایگاه تتراهدرال و اکتاهدرال کبالتآلومینات، کاهش هزینه ی تولید و سمیت این ماده با جایگزینی Zn اشاره نمود.

ساخت نانوکامپوزیت های پلیمری حکاکی شده برای استفاده به عنوان حسگر سم دیازینون
این پژوهش براساس رساناسازی پلی استایرن با استفاده از تقویت کننده های فلزی می باشد.پس از رسانا سازی پلی استایرن، این کامپوزیت جهت استفاده به عنوان حسگر سم دیازینون)از دسته سموم ارگانوفسفره ها( با استفاده از روش حکاکی مولکولی مورد بررسی قرارگرفت.نانوکامپوزیت های سنتز شده توسط دستگاه های FT-IR و FESEM مورد شناسایی قرارگرفتند. عملکرد این نانوکامپوزیت ها به عنوان حسگر با استفاده از دستگاه ولتامتری چرخه ایبررسی شد.نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان دهنده عملکرد مثبت این حسگر می باشد. نانوکامپوزیت حکاکی شده بادیازینون می تواند به عنوان عنصر شناسایی در حسگری الکتروشیمیایی با حساسیت بالا و انتخاب پذیریمناسب برای سم دیازینون به کار گرفته شود. علاوه بر خاصیت شناسایی دیازینون، نانوکامپوزیت سنتزشده در این پژوهش با توجه به دارا بودن خاصیت مغناطیسی، می تواند به عنوان جاذب مورد استفادهقرار گیرد و با استفاده از یک میدان مغناطیسی از محیط آلوده جدا گردد.

تولید میکرو صفحه های پلیمری توسط سامانه ریسندگی الکتروسانتریفیوژ
ذرات پلیمری در حوزه های مختلفی نظیر شیمی، بیولوژی و فیزیک کاربرد دارند و متعاقبا نیاز به پوشش دهیسطوح مختلف توسط این ذرات برای دستیابی به یک فیلم نازک در بسیاری از کاربرد ها وجود دارد. روش هایمتعددی برای تولید میکروذرات تا کنون ارائه شده است؛ اما اکثرا دارای عیوبی از قبیل بازده محصور سازیپایین یا دشواری در جداسازی ذرات از فاز آبی می باشند. در این مطالعه برای اولین بار سعی بر تولید میکرو ذراتصفحه ای و ایجاد یک فیلم نازک توسط روش ریسندگی الکتروسانتریفیوژ، به عنوان روشی مقرون به صرفهبا نرخ تولید بالا، گردید. در این مطالعه تاثیر پارامترهایی نظیر غلظت، ولتاژ، نیروی گریز از مرکز بر شکل و ابعاد میکروصفحات پلی کاپرولاکتون بررسی گردید. در این راستا غلظت های 3 و 5 درصد وزنی از محلول پلی کاپرولاکتون در حلالدی کلرومتان مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. محلول ها با غلظت های متفاوت با استفاده از سیستم ریسندگی الکتروسانتریفیوژتحت فرایند تولید میکرو - صفحات قرار گرفتند. به منظوربررسی اثر ولتاژ و نیروی گریز از مرکز بر قطر ذرات، تولید ذراتپلی کاپرولاکتون تحت ولتاژهای 15 kV ، 18 و 21 و سرعت های دورانی 1740 rpm و 3190 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشانداد که با افزایش غلظت محلول پلیمری، با ثابت بودن ولتاژ و سرعت دورانی، قطر میکرو- صفحات کاهش می یابد.همچنین با ثابت نگه داشتن غلظت محلول و نیز سرعت دورانی سیستم ریسندگی، افزایش ولتاژ منجر به کاهش قطرمیکرو صفحات شده است. بعلاوه تحت غلظت و ولتاژ ثابت، قطر میکرو-صفحات با افزایش سرعت دورانی و در نتیجهافزایش نیروی گریز از مرکز، افزایش قابل توجهی می یابد. همچنین با کاهش غلظت محلول پلیمری، حضور قطرات پیروافزایش می یابد، که این پدیده منجر به افزایش نایکنواختی قطر میکرو-صفحات می شود.

پوشش های خودتمیز شونده بر پایه ی دی اکسید تیتانیوم جهت استفاده در بناهای تاریخی
ابداع و کاربرد پوشش های خود تمیزشونده باعث ایجاد یک سامانه ی حفاظتی برای سطوحتاریخی، کاهش رسوب آلودگی ها، گرد و خاک آغاز فرایندهای تجزیه ی خارجی به دلیلپدیده ی گرد و غبار می شود. در این پروژهش، پوششی بر پایه ی دی اکسید تیتانیوم تهیهشد و سپس روی سطوح سنگ تراورتن اعمال و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج مشاهداتو آزمون های مختلف، ماهیت پوشش را تعیین و تشکیل بلورهای آناتاز را تایید کردند. رفتارآبدوست روی سطح در اثر اعمال پوشش های بر پایه ی دی اکسید تیتانیوم مشاهده گردید. همچنین اثرخودتمیزشوندگی فوتوکاتالیزری با استفاده از ماده ی رنگزای آلی ردآمین B ارزیابی شد.

بررسی پارامترهای موثر در تشکیل ساختارهای نانومتخلخل و منظم اکسیدآلومینیوم آندایزشده
در این تحقیق ساختارهای نانومتخلخل اکسید آلومینیوم آندایزشده به وسیله فرآیند آندایزینگتحت پتانسیل ثابت در محلول اگزالیک اسید حاوی اصلاح کننده سولفوریک اسید تهیه شدند.اثر پارامترهای مختلف از جمله ولتاژ اعمالی، ترکیب محلول الکترولیت، زمان آندایزینگ ونوع محلول انحلال لایه اکسیدی بر روی مورفولوژی نانوساختارهای تهیه شده بررسی وبهینه سازی شدند. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی از نمونه ها تهیه شدند. بر اساس نتایجبدست آمده، ولتاژ 45 ولت به عنوان ولتاژ بهینه و محلول اگزالیک اسید اصلاح شده با سولفوریک اسیدبه عنوان محلول الکترولیت انتخاب شدند. همچنین مدت زمان بهینه برای آندایزینگ مرحله اول و دومبه ترتیب 60 و 240 دقیقه و مخلوط فسفریک اسید و کرومیک اسید به عنوان محلول مناسب برایانحلال لایه اکسیدی به دست آمدند. بررسی ها نشان می دهد که در نمونه های تهیه شده در شرایطبهینه، متوسط قطرحفره ای بیشتر و فاصله بین حفره ها کمتر شده و تخلخل در آنها افزایش یافته است.همچنین نظم، آرایش و یکنواختی سایز حفرات، در این نمونه ها به طور چشمگیری افزایش یافته است.این نانوساختارها با ویژگی های منحصر به فرد خود کاربردهای ویژه ای در زمینه غشا، قالب های سنتزنانوساختارها، حسگرها و حسگرهای زیستی دارا می باشند.

سنتز روان کننده چرم با استفاده از روغن کرچک/ چهارچوب های آلی- فلزی و در طی پلیمریزاسیون امولسیونی پیکِرینگ
در این تحقیق یک روان ک ننده چرم بر پایه ی روغن ک رچک و با استفاده از چهارچوب هایآلی- فلزی ) MOFs ( به عنوان نامیزه ساز و در طی پلیمریزاسیون امولسیونی پیکِرینگ سنتزشد. ارزیابی آزمون TEM تایید کرد که پلیمریزاسیون امولسیونی پیکِرینگ با موفقیت انجامشده و روغن ک رچک توسط MOFs احاطه شده است. بررسی بصری روان ک ننده سنتز شده،نشان داد بیشتر از 8 ماه پایداری دارد. روان ک ننده سنتز شده روی چرم طبیعی اعمال وخواص مکانیکی آن بررسی شد، ازدیاد طول در نقطه شکست و استحکام ک ششی آن به ترتیب 114 %و 28 MPa به دست آمد که در مقایسه با روان ک ننده های متداول بازار بهبود خواص مکانیکی را نشانمی دهد. در این تحقیق به منظور افزایش مقاومت به نور فرابنفش، از ماده طبیعی کیتوسان استفاده شدکه بررسی مقاومت به نور فرابنفش روان ک ننده روی چرم نشان داد 5/ 2 برابر روان ک ننده های متداولبازار مقاومت دارد. همچنین کیتوسان به دلیل سازگاری خوبی که با کلاژن چرم دارد نفوذ روان ک نندهرا به داخل چرم افزایش می دهد.
