بررسی خواص فیزیکی، مکانیکی و صوتی شبکههای درهم نفوذ کرده پلی یورتان و پلی متیل متاکریلات
امروزه کنترل آلودگی صوتی اهمیت زیادی دارد. آلودگی صوتی سبب آسیب رساندن به انسان و آرامش او می شود. یکی از روشهای کنترل صدا استفاده از مواد جاذب صدا (بخصوص فوم های پلیمری ) میباشد. در سالهای اخیر استفاده از کامپوزیتهای پلیمری به ویژه شبکههای پلیمری در هم نفوذ کرده (IPN) در ساخت مواد جاذب صدا مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند. کامپوزیتهای IPN بطور گسترده ای به عنوان عامل میرائی صدا و ارتعاش به علت خواص ویسکوالاستیک بالا در محدوده دمای انتقال شیشهای مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. در این مطالعه، از طریق پلیمریزاسیون درجا با استفاده از نسبت های متفاوتی از پلی یورتان (PU) و پلی متیل متاکریلات (PMMA) فوم شبکههای پلیمری درهم نفوذ کرده PU/PMMA تهیه شدند. اجزای سازنده IPN شامل پلی یورتان و پلی متیل متاکریلات بطور جداگانه جهت مقایسه خواص حرارتی، میرایی، مکانیکی و ضریب جذب صوت پلیمر سنتز شدند. ساختار شیمیایی ترکیبات توسط طیف سنجی FT-IR مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و خواص مکانیکی با استفاده از آزمایش کشش مطالعه شد. خواص میرائی و حرارتی نمونه ها به ترتیب با آزمون های دینامیکی مکانیکی انجام شد. اندازه گیری ضریب جذب صوت با استفاده از امپدانس تیوب دو میکروفنی در فرکانس 63 تا 6300 مطابق با استاندارد ISO 10534-2 انجام شد. متغیرهایی از قبیل مدول اتلاف و دمای انتقال شیشهای (Tg) همچنین افزایش فواصل دمایی با میرایی موثر(Tanδ>0.3) به عنوان شاخص جهت توانایی میرایی موثر استفاده شدند. تشکیل موفولوژی نیمه سازگار از طریق گستردگی منحنی tan δ و مشاهده دو پیک مجزا در منحنی DMA در IPNها مشخص شد. نتایج آشکار کرد که با تشکیل ترکیب فوم IPN، دمای انتقال شیشه ای به سمت دماهای بالاتر جابجا شده و گستره دمایی میرایی (گستره دمایی با>0.3 tan δ) افزایش پیدا می کند، در نتیجه خواص میرایی PU/PMMA IPN بهبود می یابد. همچنین نتایج ضریب جذب صوت نشان داد که به علت تشکیل فوم IPN، عملکرد ماده در یک فرکانس خاص به شکل راکتیو یا تشدید درآمده و با افزایش نسبت PMMA در IPN، فرکانس رزونانس به سمت فرکانس های پایین منتقل می شود. بنابراین با تغییر ترکیب مواد در سنتز شبکههای پلیمری درهم نفوذ کرده ، امکان انتخاب هدفمند از مواد میرا کننده صوت برای حل مشکلات خاص تکنولوژیکی وجود دارد.

ساخت نانوساختارهای پلاسمونیک نقره و مطالعه دینامیک مولکولی اثر غلظت پلیوینیلپیرولیدن بر خواص فوتوفیزیکی و ریزساختار آنها
در پژوهش حاضر از روش فاز حلالی اتیلن گلایکول به کمک پلی وینیل پیرولیدن (PVP) جهت ساخت نانوساختارهای نقره در حضور هستهساز FeCl3 بهره گرفته میشود. همچنین علاوه بر آنالیزهای آزمایشگاهی جهت بررسی اثر غلظت PVP بر روی رشد نانوساختارها، از روش شبیهسازی دینامیک مولکولی نیز جهت مطالعه سازوکار رشد کریستالی نانوساختارهای نقره استفاده می شود. نتایج آنالیزهای پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) در کنار نتایج شبیهسازی دینامیک مولکولی نشان داد که PVP در غلظت بهینه به عنوان عامل محافظتکننده و پایدارکننده به علت انرژیهای برهمکنش متفاوت Ag-O با صفحات کریستالی مختلف نقره، منجر به رشد ناهمگون نقره و تشکیل نانوسیم میگردد. همچنین خواص پلاسمونیک نانوساختارهای سنتز شده با بهرهگیری آزمون طیفسنجی مرئی- فرابنفش (UV-Vis) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.

ارزیابی اثر ضدخوردگی نانوپیگمنت های پایه رُسی اصلاح شده با ترکیبات آلی آزولی
چکیده در این تحقیق نانوذرات رُس مونت موریلونیت سدیمNa+- MMT)) توسط بازدارنده های خوردگی آزولی نظیر 2ـ مرکاپتو بنزوتی آزول (MBT) و 2ـ مرکاپتوبنزایمیدازول (MBI) از طریق واکنش تبادل یونی اصلاح سطحی گردید و به عنوان نانوپیگمنت های ضدخوردگی داخل رزین اپوکسی به کار گرفته شد. از آزمون های انکسار اشعه ایکس زاویه کوچک (SAXS) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری (TEM) برای ارزیابی پراکنش نانوپیگمنت های هیبریدی در داخل ماتریس پوشش استفاده شد و مورفولوژی ساختاری ترکیبات توسط آزمــون میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) بررسی شد. از آزمــون های طیف سنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی (EIS) و مه نمکی نیز برای بررسی رفتار خوردگی نانو پوشش ها در محیط خورنده محلول %5/3 کلرید سدیم استفاده گردید و همچنین آزمون سنجش زاویه تماس برای ارزیابی میزان آبدوستی و آبگریزی سطوح فولادی پوشش شده با و بدون ترکیبات رُسی بهینه شده با ترکیبات آزولی استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بوده که پوشش اپوکسی حاوی 3 درصد وزنی از نانوپیگمنت MMT+MBT در مقایسه پوشش اپوکسی حاوی 3 درصد وزنی از نانوپیگمنت MMT+MBI و پوشش اپوکسی خالص پس از 60 روز غوطه وری در محیط خورندة مذکور دارای عملکرد ضدخوردگی بالاتری بود و حضور این نانوپیگمنت، موجب افزایش آبگریزی سطح مربوطه گردید.

پوششهای آبگریز بر پایه رزین آکریلیک آب پایه و بررسی اثر اضافه کردن نانوسیلیکا
در این تحقیق از رزین آکریلیکی آب پایه به عنوان پوشش پایه استفاده گردید و اثر اضافه کردن نانو ذرات سیلیکا بر خواص آبگریزی پوشش بر روی سطوح معدنی بررسی شد. همچنین وجود نانو ذرات دیاکسیدتیتانیوم در نمونه ها سبب ایجاد خاصیت خود تمیزشوندگی پوشش شد. بستر مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش سنگهای از جنس کربنات کلسیم است که از محوطه تاریخی تخت جمشید تهیه شده است. ریختشناسی و سطح مقطع پوششها توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) بررسی شدند. مشخصهیابی این مواد با کمک آنالیزهای مختلف از جمله طیفسنج تبدیل مادونقرمز (FTIR)، آنالیز اشعه ایکس(XRD) ، میکروسکوپ الکترونی نیروی اتمی (AFM) و اندازه گیری زاویه تماس انجام گرفت. نتایج نشاندادند که با افزودن نانوسیلیکا به رزین آکریلیکی آب پایه خواص آبگریزی بهبود می یابد. همچنین نانوسیلیکا باعث افزایش زبری سطح شده و مقاومت در برابر شرایط پیرسازی مصنوعی را بهبود میبخشد. علاوه بر این، اثر فتوکاتالیستی نمونهها در زمانهای مختلف مورد بررسی قرارگرفت.

سنتز مشتقات نیترودار فنیل هیدرازینو کربونیل آکریلیک اسید و استفاده از آنها به-عنوان بازدارندهی خوردگی در پوششهای محافظ موقت
فولادهای کربن و کم آلیاژ، مواد عمده ساخت وساز هستند به ویژه به طور گسترده در توزیع آب، نفت، تولید قدرت و همچنین در صنایع شیمیایی و الکتروشیمیایی استفاده میشوند. استفاده از مولکولهای آلی به عنوان بازدارندههای خوردگی، مؤثرترین و رایجترین روشی است که برای محافظت از فلزات در مقابل آسیب خوردگی بکار میرود. در این تحقیق ترکیبهای N-فنیل هیدرازینوکربونیل آکریلیک اسید (NPHAA) و N-2و4-دی نیترو فنیل هیدرازینوکربونیل آکریلیک اسید (NDNPHAA) تهیه گردید. ترکیب (NPHAA) از واکنش فنیل هیدرازین با مالئیک انیدرید(MA) در حلال دی متیل فرم آمید (DMF) به دست آمد. ترکیب ((NDNPHAA از واکنش 2و4-دی نیتروفنیل هیدرازین با MA سنتز شد. برای شناسایی کیفی این محصولها از طیفسنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FT-IR) استفاده شد. سپس از ترکیبهای سنتزشده به عنوان بازدارندهی خوردگی استفاده گردید. در ادامه بازدارندههای خوردگی سنتزشده با غلظتهای 10 تا ppm 150 به روغن پایه اضافه شد و محلولهای حاصل به عنوان پوششهای محافظ موقت روی سطوح نمونههای فولاد کم کربن پوشش داده شدند. جهت مطالعهی خوردگی، قطعههای فولادی لایه نشانی شده طبق روش ASTM D-2247 در اتاقک رطوبت نسبی 100 درصد و در دمای ̊C 38 قرار داده شدند. میزان خوردگی و میزان محافظت نمونههای فولاد کم کربن پوشش داده شده با بازدارنده در زمانهای مختلف تعیین گردید. بازدارندههای سنتزشده در غلظت ppm 75 بهترین مقاومت در برابر خوردگی را از خود نشان دادند و ترکیب (NDNPHAA) عملکرد بهتری نسبت به (NPHAA) از خود نشان داد.

تولید داربست های نانولیفی پوسته- مغزی رسانا جهت بهبود ترمیم ضایعه نخاعی
از آنجا که درمان ضایعات نخاعی به علت پیچیدگی سیستم اعصاب مرکزی به سادگی امکان پذیر نیست، راه کارهای بازسازی و ترمیم بافت عصب در دنیا بسیار مورد توجه واقع شده است. در این پژوهش دو نوع داربست نانولیفی سه بعدی رسانا (پلی لاکتیک گلایکولیک اسید- پلی کاپرولاکتان/پلی آنیلین: PCL/PANI-PLGA) و نارسانا (پلی لاکتیک گلایکولیک اسید- پلی لاکتیک گلایکولیک اسید PLGA-PLGA) با ساختار پوسته- مغزی طراحی و توسط یک شیوه الکتروریسی ترکیبی تولید شده است. سامانه الکتروریسی ترکیبی طراحی شده دارای یک سامانه گردابی و یک سامانه دو نازله بوده و قادر به تولید داربست استوانه ای سه بعدی با پوسته زبر نانومقیاس و مغزی آرایش یافته (میکرورشته های آرایش یافته شامل نانوالیاف آرایش یافته) می باشد. بر اساس آزمایش ها و بررسی ها در شرایط برون تنی و درون تنی، بیشترین میزان تکثیر سلول های عصبی بر روی داربست سه بعدی با مغزی رسانا مشاهده گردید. در بررسی های حیوانی نیز نتایج آزمایش حرکتی بیانگر بهبود معنادار نمونه های پیوند زده شده نسبت به نمونه های شاهد می باشد.

تهیه رنگ خود رفع آلودگی کننده بر پایه ترکیب فتوکاتالیستی TiO2/Ag
تحقیقات اخیر جهت حل مشکلات ناشی از آلودگیهای زیستمحیطی به تهیه پوششهای خود رفع آلودهکننده متمایل شده است. مهمترین و کاربردیترین مکانیسم، استفاده از فرایند فتوکاتالیستی است. در این پژوهش، نانوکامپوزیت رنگدانهای TiO2/Ag توسط روش اشباع مایع از دو ساختار رایج تیتانیوم دیاکسید (آناتاز و روتیل) با نسبت 1و2 درصد نیترات نقره سنتز شد. با استفاده از SEM-EDX و UV-VIS، مشخصات کامپوزیت بررسی شد. برای صحت توانایی کامپوزیت در تخریب آلاینده mg/L 1 رودامین B درون محلول آبی در ناحیه مرئی، از لامپ هالوژن100 وات استفاده گردید. نتیجه آن تخریب پذیری 60 درصدی Rh.B در مدتزمان min 240 بود. پراکندگی نانو کامپوزیت TiO2/Ag در پوشش رنگ تجاری آکریلیکی نیمه براق به وسیله SEM انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که آلاینده Rh.B با غلظت 100mg/L که بر روی سطح رنگ حاوی کامپوزیت TiO2/Ag قرار دارد در مدتزمان 6 ساعت تحت تأثیر تابش لامپ هالوژن 100 وات 40 درصد تخریب شد.
