بررسی مورفولوژی و خواص الکتریکی و الکتروشیمیایی پوشش طلا روی صفحات دوقطبی فلزی پیل‌سوختی

چکیده

پیل‌های سوختی غشا پلیمری به دلیل مزایایی همچون دمای عملکرد پایین، چگالی توان بالا و زمان راه‌اندازی پایین، نسبت به دیگر پیل‌های سوختی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. یکی از مهم‌ترین اجزای پیل‌سوختی پلیمری صفحات دوقطبی می‌باشد که شامل انواع مختلفی است. صفحات دوقطبی فلزی نسبت به صفحات دو قطبی کامپوزیتی پایه‌گرافیتی از مزایایی همچون استحکام بالا و ضخامت و وزن پایین‌تر برخوردارند. مقاومت به خوردگی و مقاومت تماسی بین سطوح صفحات دوقطبی فلزی یکی از چالش‌های صفحات دوقطبی فلزی می‌باشد. به همین دلیل، صفحات دوقطبی فلزی برای افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی و کاهش مقاومت تماسی تحت فرآیند پوشش‌دهی قرار می‌گیرند. در این پژوهش، خواص و مورفولوژی پوشش طلا روی زیرلایه مسی و فولاد زنگ‌نزن با استفاده از روش‌های آبکاری الکتریکی و اسپاترینگ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بررسی مورفولوژی سطح نمونه‌ها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی صورت گرفت. همچنین، به منظور بررسی مقاومت تماسی نمونه‌های پوشش داده‌شده و بدون پوشش، از آزمون مقاومت تماسی بین سطوح استفاده شد. مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش‌های اعمال شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های گالوانواستاتیک و پتانسیواستاتیک مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج بدست‌آمده نشان داد که استفاده از روش آبکاری الکتریکی باعث ایجاد حفره‌ها و تخلخل‌های زیادی در سطح نمونه می‌شود. همچنین، مشخص شد که استفاده از روش اسپاترینگ به طور قابل توجهی موجب افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی و کاهش مقاومت تماسی می‌گردد.
