سینترینگ ترکیب∂-BaFe0.8Cu0.1Ni0.1O3 به کمک مایکروویو جهت کاربرد در کاتد پیل سوختی اکسید جامد

چکیده

در این پژوهش، پودر∂-BaFe0.8Cu0.1Ni0.1O3 به کمک مایکروویو و به روش واکنش حالت جامد سنتز و سپس در کوره مایکروویو سینتر گردید. برای مشخصه یابی پودرهای سنتزی، آنالیز پراش اشعه ایکس چگالی پودر به روش پیکنومتری گازی و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشیو برای نمونه های سینتر شده چگالی و درصد تخلخل باز، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و طیف سنجی تفکیک انرژی انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که پودر به روش واکنش حالت جامد و با کمک مایکروویو در دمای 100 درجه بدون زمان ماندگاری سنتز می گردد و ساختار حاصل به صورت تک فاز و تتراگونال می باشد که چگالی آن 0.43 g/cm3 است. همچنین، در نمونه های سینترشده با افزایش دما، درصد تخلخل باز افزایش و درصد چگالی نسبی کاهش می یابد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی سوزن هایی با قطرهای مختلف را نشان می دهند که با توجه به آزمون طیف-سنجی تفکیک انرژی، این سوزن ها دارای ترکیب مختلفی نسبت به بقیه قسمت های نمونه نیستند.
