پیش شبینی مدول یانگ نانوکامپوزیت اپوکسی/نانولوله کربنی ت کجداره با درنظر گرفتن جدایش سطحی بین فازی

چکیده

در این پژوهش به بررسی تجربی و عددی مدول یانگ اپوکسی تقویت شده با نانولوله کربنی تک جداره پرداخته شده است. در ابتدا، شبیه سازی المان محدود برای پیش بینی مدول الاستیسیته بدون در نظر گرفتن جدایش بین ماتریس و نانولوله کربنی صورت گرفت و مشاهده شد که نتایج این مدل با نتایج تجربی اختلاف زیادی دارد که دلیل آن فرض ناقص اتصال کامل ماتریس و نانولوله است. در مرحله بعدی با در نظر گرفتن جدایش،شبیه سازی انجام شد. با محاسبه تنشهای بحرانی جدایش و تعریف المان سطحی چسبنده در نرم افزارABAQUS مدول الاستیسیته محاسبه شد. در مرحله آخر با در نظر گرفتن انحنا در نانولوله های کربنی، شبی هسازی انجام شده و نتایج ارائه گردید. با مقایسه نتایج، مشاهده شد که مدل با فرض جدایش ماتریس و نانولوله بیشترین تطابق را با نتایج تجربی دارد.
