بررسی خواص مغناطیسی و ساختاری نانوذرات فریت کبالت روی سنتز شده به روش عملیات گرمایی

چکیده

در این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش عملیات گرمایی، به نانوذرات فریت روی درصدهای مولی مختلف کبالت، از 0 تا 1 اضافه گردید.CoxZn1-xFe2O4 مشخصات ساختاری و مغناطیسی نمونه ها با استفاده از TEM, XRD,FT-IRوVSM بررسی شدند. نتایج حاصل از XRDوFT-IR تشکیل ساختار اسپینلی مکعبی با گروه فضاییFd-3m برای نانوذرات را تایید نمودند. تصاویرمشاهده شده از TEM شکل تقریبا کروی و با توزیع یکنواخت را برای نانوذرات نشان داد ومتوسط اندازه نانوذرات را در حدود 40 نانومتر نشان داد. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز FT-IRحضور مد های ارتعاشی Zn-Oو Co-O و Fe-O  را اثبات کردند. نانو ذرات ساخته شده بوسیله عملیات گرمایی، رفتارهای مغناطیسی متفاوتی را نشان دادند به طوری که با افزایش کبالت،رفتار مغناطیسی نمونهها از پارامغناطیس به فرومغناطیس تغییر یافت که بوسیله مغناطیس سنج نمونه لرزان اثبات گردید.
