تاثیر نانوبلوری کردن سطح بر خواص پوشش اکسیداسیون ریزجرقه بر روی آلومینیم

چکیده

در این پژوهش فرآیند پوش شدهی به روش اکسیداسیون ریز جرقه(MAO) بر روی زمینه آلومینیمی AA1230 انجام گرفت. این نمون هها با و بدون پیش فرآیندSMAT در الکترولیت پایه فسفاتی و در حضور نانوذرات نیترید سیلیسیم پوشش داده شده اند. سپس به منظور بررسی نحوه توزیع نانوذرات و عناصر در داخل پوشش، مورفولوژی سطح نمون هها توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مشاهده شده و نمونه ها تحت آنالیز EDS قرار گرفته و نقشه عنصری عناصر مختلف بدست آمد. برای تعیین مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش از روش پلاریزاسیون پتانشیودینامیک استفاده شد. ه مچنین برایتمام نمونه ها آزمایش ترشوندگی توسط محلول آب دیونیزه انجام شده و زاویه ترشوندگی محاسبه شد. همچنین میزان زبری سطح پوشش ها نیز توسط دستگاه زبری سنج اندازه گیری شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین زاویه ترشوندگی در نمونه های با پیش فرآیند نانو بلوری کردن حدوداً 27 درصد نسبت به نمونه های بدون پیش فرآیند افزایش یافت و هم چنین نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که ایجاد فرآیند نانوبلوری کردن بر روی نمونه ها قبل از پوشش دهی باعث جذب نانو ذره بیشتر و سبب افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی پوششها میشود ولی افزایش شدت برخورد ساچمه ها در اثر بزر گتر شدن قطر آنها میزان تغییر شکل پلاستیک در سطح نمونه ها را بیشتر کرده و موجب افزایش ترکها و منافذ در سطح نمونه می شود که این امر موجب کاهش مقاومت به خوردگی م یگردد
