رنگدانه های ضدخوردگی بر پایه فسفات روی

چکیده

افزایش مقررات و هشدارها برای حفاظت از محیط زیست و سلامتی انسان­ها، لزوم جایگزینی نمونه­های جدید و غیرسمی از رنگدانه­های ضدخوردگی را به وضوح آشکار ساخته است. از میان ترکیبات پیشنهاد شده، رنگدانه­های فسفات روی جایگاه مناسبی را در بین صنایع مختلف بدست آورده است، اگرچه یک فاصله بزرگ میان عملکرد بازدارندگی فسفات روی و رنگدانه­های کرومات وجود دارد. ایجاد نسل دوم و سوم خانواده فسفات روی از طریق اصلاح ساختار آنیونی و کاتیونی این رنگدانه بوده ­است. در این مقاله به بررسی رنگدانه­های ضدخوردگی بر پایه فسفات روی و نسل­های جدید آنها از جنبه­های سنتز، سازوکار و خواص ضدخوردگی پرداخته شده است.
