پوشش‌های حفاظتی نوین بر پایه‌ی سیلان

چکیده

در این مقاله سعی برآن است تا دستاوردهای اخیر در زمینه پوشش‌های پایه سیلان معرفی گردند. این پوشش‌ها علی­رغم ضخامت کم، مقاومت به خوردگی مطلوبی را برای زیرآیندهای فلزی فراهم می­کنند و از این نظر می­توانند با پوشش‌های تبدیلی کروماته قابل مقایسه باشند و جایگزین مناسبی برای پوشش‌های سمی و خطرناک کروماته محسوب شوند. علاوه بر افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی، پوشش‌های سیلان از طریق ایجاد اتصالات کووالانسی قوی، چسبندگی بیشتری برای پوشش‌های بعدی فراهم می­کنند. علی­رغم خاصیت سد‌کنندگی[1] این گونه از پوشش‌ها در برابر عوامل مهاجم، در صورت ایجاد عیب و نقص در فیلم آنها، قادر به ارائه حفاظت فعال نیستند. هدف اصلی از ارائه این مقاله معرفی روش­های نوینی است که برای بهبود عملکرد حفاظتی پوشش‌های بر پایه سیلان بکارگرفته شده است.
