پوشش‌های آبگریز بر پایه رزین آکریلیک آب پایه و بررسی اثر اضافه کردن نانوسیلیکا

چکیده

در این تحقیق از رزین آکریلیکی آب پایه به عنوان پوشش پایه استفاده گردید و اثر اضافه کردن نانو ذرات سیلیکا بر خواص آبگریزی پوشش بر روی سطوح معدنی بررسی شد. همچنین وجود نانو ذرات دی‌اکسیدتیتانیوم در نمونه ها سبب ایجاد خاصیت خود تمیزشوندگی پوشش شد. بستر مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش سنگ‌های از جنس کربنات کلسیم است که از محوطه تاریخی تخت جمشید تهیه شده است. ریخت‌شناسی و سطح مقطع پوشش‌ها توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) بررسی شدند. مشخصه‌یابی این مواد با کمک آنالیزهای مختلف از جمله طیف‌سنج تبدیل مادون‌قرمز (FTIR)، آنالیز اشعه ایکس(XRD) ، میکروسکوپ الکترونی نیروی اتمی (AFM) و اندازه گیری زاویه تماس انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان‌دادند که با افزودن نانوسیلیکا به رزین آکریلیکی آب پایه خواص آبگریزی بهبود می یابد. همچنین نانوسیلیکا باعث افزایش زبری سطح شده و مقاومت در برابر شرایط پیرسازی مصنوعی را بهبود می‌بخشد. علاوه بر این، اثر فتوکاتالیستی نمونه‌ها در زمانهای مختلف مورد بررسی قرارگرفت.
