For this purpose, an epoxy resin was cured with four types of hardeners (Polyamine-based, Polyamidoamine-based, Polyether polyamine-based, and Cycloaliphatic Polyamine-based hardener) to achieve various adhesion behaviors and viscoelastic properties. The storage modulus, viscoelastic creep-recovery, permeability, electrochemical parameters, and glass transition temperature were determined. Samples were exposed to humidity chamber and adhesion was measured at wet and dry conditions over time. After drying, adhesion loss and recovery were evaluated by the pull-off test. The electrochemical behavior of coatings was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).It was found that the higher the elastic module, the more the adhesion loss. Recovery of adhesion after wet and dry cycles correlated with the reversible element of creep and recovery data.After that, creep recovery data were modeled and for the first time, two rheological parameters (viscose ratio and the elastic ratio of the viscoelastic behavior) were defined for predicting adhesion durability. A coating with a higher viscose property in creep recovery behavior shows week adhesion recovery . It may referred to irreversible strain in a coating that cannot be recovered after the elimination of stress. Additionally, it was found that a sample with excellent initial protective properties, higher elastic modulus, and low initial water permeability may quickly fail because of the adhesion failure after wet cycles.}, keywords = {Rheological parameters,Creep-recovery modeling,Protective performance,Epoxy Coating}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر خواص ویسکوالاستیک بر رفتار حفاظتی پوشش اپوکسی با استفاده از مدل آزمون خزش 4 المانه}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش سعی شده‌است که تاثیر خواص ویسکوالاستیک و شاخصه‌های رئولوژیکی پوشش‌های اپوکسی بر رفتار حفاظتی آنها بررسی شود.برای رسیدن به پوشش‌هایی با رفتار ویسکوالاستیک متفاوت از یک نوع رزین اپوکسی و چهار نوع سخت کننده‌ی پلی آمینی، پلی آمیدوآمینی، پلی اتر پلی آمینی و سیکلوآلیفاتیک پلی آمینی استفاده گردید. چسبندگی اولیه‌ی پوشش‌ها به زیرآیند در ابتدا و پس از قرارگیری در محفظه‌ی رطوبت در فواصل زمانی معین اندازه‌گیری و میزان افت و بازیابی چسبندگی طی زمان بررسی شد. تغییرات رفتار حفاظتی در طول زمان رطوبت-دهی با دستگاه EIS تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که نمونه‌هایی که دارای مدول الاستیک بالاتری بودند افت چسبندگی بیشتری در دوره‌های خشک و تر نشان دادند. تغییر شکل برگشت ناپذیر در آزمون خزش با دوام چسبندگی رابطه‌ی مستقیمی نشان داد. سپس رفتار ویسکوالاستیک در آزمون خزش مدل شد و برای اولین بار مولفه‌های رئولوژیکی سهم ویسکوز و الاستیک برای هر نمونه استخراج گردید. نتایج نشان داد که دوام چسبندگی در دوره‌های رطوبتی، با بالا رفتن سهم ویسکوز در رفتار ویسکوالاستیک کاهش می‌یابد. تحلیل نمودارهای باد و زاویه‌ی فاز در آزمون امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی نشان داد که پوششی که در ابتدا خواص سدگری و حفاظتی بسیار خوبی دارد به دلیل نقص در چسبندگی دچار افت خواص حفاظتی می‌شود. آزمون تراوایی نشان داد که پوششی که جذب آب و تراوایی بالاتری دارد بر خلاف انتظار رفتار حفاظتی خود را حفظ خواهد کرد و دلیل این امر دوام چسبندگی می‌باشد که تابع شاخصه‌های رئولوژیکی پوشش می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {آزمون خزش و بازیابی,رفتار حفاظتی,پوشش اپوکسی,مدلسازی خزش,پارامترهای رئولوژیکی}, url = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_126991.html}, eprint = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_126991_9117297c52700acb201d9506c6149420.pdf} }
