When a polymer is exposed to vibration at the right temperature and frequency, the molecular vibrational energy is converted to heat and a dissipation peak appears within its glass transition region. Synthesis of core / shell latex particles with a specific morphology and using interpenetrating polymer networks in the core and shell sections is one of the best ways to expand the damping range. The aim of this study is to synthesize and investigate the dynamic-mechanical properties of interpenetrating polymer networks with core / shell morphology.Methods: For this purpose, poly (styrene-methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate) multilayer core/shell particles were fabricated by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization The formation of the structures was examined by FTIR . The arrangement of the layers was designed by varying the weight ratio of the monomers in each layer so that the glass transition temperature gradually decreased from the core to the shell and investigation of the particle size by DLS confirmed the uniform distribution in the nano scale. The amount of cross linker, reduction of reaction temperature and the weight ratio of the layers on the dynamic-mechanical properties were investigated.Finding: The results showed that the three-layer core/shell particles at 75ºC with the optimal amount of crosslinking agent and weight ratio of 1:2:3 provide the widest effective damping range from -26ºC to 147ºC.}, keywords = {Dynamic-mechanical properties,Interpenetrating polymer network,Latex,damping,Multilayer core/shell}, title_fa = {سنتز و بررسی خواص مکانیکی دینامیکی شبکه‌های پلیمری در هم نفوذ کرده پلی استایرن، پلی متیل متاکریلات و پلی بوتیل آکریلات با ریخت‌شناسی هسته/پوسته}, abstract_fa = {فرضیه: اساس میرایش توسط پلیمرها، جذب انرژی مکانیکی به شکل گرما است. وقتی پلیمری در دما و فرکانس مناسب در معرض ارتعاش قرار می‌گیرد، انرژی ارتعاشی مولکولی به گرما تبدیل می‌شود و یک پیک اتلاف در محدوده ناحیه انتقال شیشه‌ای آن ظاهر می‌شود. ساخت ذرات لاتکس هسته/پوسته با ریخت‌شناسی مشخص و استفاده از شبکه‌های پلیمری در‌هم نفوذ کرده در بخش‌های هسته و پوسته یکی از بهترین روش‌های گسترده نمودن محدوده میرایش است. هدف از این پژوهش، ساخت شبکه‌های پلیمری در‌هم نفوذ کرده با ریخت‌شناسی هسته/پوسته و بررسی خواص مکانیکی دینامیکی آن‌ها است.روش ها: بدین منظور، ذرات هسته/پوسته چند لایه پلی(استایرن-‌ متیل متاکریلات-‌ بوتیل آکریلات) به‌وسیله پلیمریزاسیون امولسیونی نیمه پیوسته ساخته شدند و تشکیل ساختارها با FTIR مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. چیدمان لایه‌ها با تغییر نسبت وزنی مونومرها در هر لایه به‌گونه‌ای طراحی گردید که دمای انتقال شیشه‌ای به تدریج از هسته به پوسته کاهش یابد و بررسی اندازه ذرات به‌وسیله DLS، توزیع یکنواخت و در محدوده نانو ذرات را تائید نمود. سپس، تاثیر کاهش دمای واکنش، عامل شبکه‌ای کننده و نسبت وزنی لایه‌ها بر خواص مکانیکی دینامیکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، ذرات هسته/پوسته سه لایه در دمایºC 75 با مقدار بهینه از عامل شبکه‌ای کننده و نسبت وزنی 1:2:3 وسیع‌ترین منطقه موثر میرایش ازºC26- تا ºC 146را فراهم می‌نماید.}, keywords_fa = {خواص مکانیکی دینامیکی,شبکه پلیمری در‌هم نفوذ کرده,لاتکس,میرایش,هسته/پوسته چند لایه}, url = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_129912.html}, eprint = {https://amnc.aut.ac.ir/article_129912_f923ecb2b94aca8464a55f4d8d12e80d.pdf} }
