ارزیابی خواص الکتریکی، مکانیکی و حرارتی نانو کامپوزیت سیلیکونی به عنوان عایق پوششی الکتریکی

چکیده

چکیده
لاستیک سیلیکونی (SR) پوشش عایق ولتاژ بالا است، اما خواص مکانیکی ضعیفی دارد. افزودن نانوذرات روشی امیدوارکننده برای مقابله با این مشکل است. در این مطالعه، ارزیابی حضور نانوذرات SiO2، Al2O3، MgO و SiC در مقادیر 0 و 2 و 4 و6 درصد وزنی در ساختار لاستیک سیلیکونی از طریق پراکنش ذرات درون ماتریس سیلیکونی و پخت آمیزه صورت پذیرفت. آزمونهای مکانیکی ، الکتریکی و آزمونهای آنالیز حرارتی دینامیکی- مکانیکی برای مطالعه رفتار نمونه ها صورت پذیرفت . نتایج نشان داد که حضور نانوذرات حتی در مقادیر جزیی باعث افزایش استحکام و ازدیاد طول در شکست گردید و تنها استثنا در این خصوص، حضور نانوذرات SiC در مقادیر 4 و 6 درصد وزنی بود که در آنها کاهش ازدیاد طول در نقطه شکست مشاهده شد. مقاومت الکتریکی SR با اختلاط مقدار کمی از نانوذرات افزایش یافت. نتایج آزمونهای پلاریزاسیون نشان داد که افزودن SiC منجر به کاهش جریان پلاریزاسیون تا حدود 200 pA در مقایسه با دیگر نمونه ها می گردد. آزمون استحکام دی الکتریک نشان داد که ساختار حاوی نانو ذرات SiO2 و Al2O3 و 2 درصد نانو ذرات SiC بالاترین میزان استحکام دی الکتریک را دارند. آزمونهای آنالیز حرارتی دینامیکی- مکانیکی نشان دادند که مدول ذخیره و دمای انتقال شیشه ای نانوکامپوزیت های حاصله به ترتیب تا 7 مگا پاسکال و حدود 50 درجه سانتیگراد افزایش نسبت به نمونه خالص داشتند. آزمون تجزیه گرما وزنی نشان دهنده 100 درجه سانتیگراد افزایش در دمای تخریب و در نتیجه پایداری حرارتی نانوکامپوزیت ها در مقایسه با سیلیکون خالص بود.
