بررسی اثر نانولوله‌های کربنی با عامل‌های قطبی بر خواص رئولوژی سیال حفاری پایه آبی

چکیده
یکی از چالش های اصلی حفاری، تخریب حرارتی افزودنی‌های پلیمری در حفر چاه‌ های عمیق است که منجر به کاهش خواص رئولوژیکی و افزایش مقادیر فیلتراسیون خواهد شد. ورود مقادیر زیاد فیلتره به درون سازند شیلی سبب افزایش فشار منفذی و ناپایداری شیل و ایجاد مشکلات متعددی می‌گردد. لذا در این تحقیق بر آن شدیم که اثر نانولوله کربنی(FMWCNT) با دو گروه عاملی قطبی OH و COOH بر خواص رئولوژیکی سیال حفاری پایه آبی سبک با وزن pcf 63 بررسی کنیم.
در این مطالعه یک نمونه سیال به عنوان پایه و 6 نمونه سیال حاوی نانو لوله (3 نمونه عامل دار با OH و 3 نمونه عامل دار با COOH) با غلظت‌های(w/w) 0.01، 0.05 و 0.1 درصد ساخته شده و در شرایط دمای محیط آزمایشگاهی oF) 77BHR :) و گردش گل در دمای شبیه‌سازی شده ته چاه oF) 250AHR:) خواص رئولوژیکی و سپس مقادیر فیلتراسیون (FL) نیز اندازگیری شده است. نتایج نشان داده است از میان غلظت‌های بکارگرفته شده بهترین اثر بخشی بر خواص رئولوژی در غلظت 0.05% برای گروه عاملی COOH مشاهده شده که تمامی خواص رئولوژیکی را در هر دو شرایط BHR و AHR افزایش و مقادیر FL را نیز کاهش داده است.
