بررسی تاثیر خواص ویسکوالاستیک بر رفتار حفاظتی پوشش اپوکسی با استفاده از مدل آزمون خزش 4 المانه

چکیده

در این پژوهش سعی شده‌است که تاثیر خواص ویسکوالاستیک و شاخصه‌های رئولوژیکی پوشش‌های اپوکسی بر رفتار حفاظتی آنها بررسی شود.برای رسیدن به پوشش‌هایی با رفتار ویسکوالاستیک متفاوت از یک نوع رزین اپوکسی و چهار نوع سخت کننده‌ی پلی آمینی، پلی آمیدوآمینی، پلی اتر پلی آمینی و سیکلوآلیفاتیک پلی آمینی استفاده گردید. چسبندگی اولیه‌ی پوشش‌ها به زیرآیند در ابتدا و پس از قرارگیری در محفظه‌ی رطوبت در فواصل زمانی معین اندازه‌گیری و میزان افت و بازیابی چسبندگی طی زمان بررسی شد. تغییرات رفتار حفاظتی در طول زمان رطوبت-دهی با دستگاه EIS تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که نمونه‌هایی که دارای مدول الاستیک بالاتری بودند افت چسبندگی بیشتری در دوره‌های خشک و تر نشان دادند. تغییر شکل برگشت ناپذیر در آزمون خزش با دوام چسبندگی رابطه‌ی مستقیمی نشان داد. سپس رفتار ویسکوالاستیک در آزمون خزش مدل شد و برای اولین بار مولفه‌های رئولوژیکی سهم ویسکوز و الاستیک برای هر نمونه استخراج گردید. نتایج نشان داد که دوام چسبندگی در دوره‌های رطوبتی، با بالا رفتن سهم ویسکوز در رفتار ویسکوالاستیک کاهش می‌یابد. تحلیل نمودارهای باد و زاویه‌ی فاز در آزمون امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی نشان داد که پوششی که در ابتدا خواص سدگری و حفاظتی بسیار خوبی دارد به دلیل نقص در چسبندگی دچار افت خواص حفاظتی می‌شود. آزمون تراوایی نشان داد که پوششی که جذب آب و تراوایی بالاتری دارد بر خلاف انتظار رفتار حفاظتی خود را حفظ خواهد کرد و دلیل این امر دوام چسبندگی می‌باشد که تابع شاخصه‌های رئولوژیکی پوشش می‌باشد.
