تهیه و مطالعه ساختار نانوالیاف سلولز اصلاح شده باβ-سایکلودکسترین به منظور رهایش تدریجی دارو

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش تهیه و ارزیابی نانوالیاف سلولز بازیابی شده و اصلاح سطحی آن، توسط مولکو لهای بتا سایکلودکسترین، به منظور رهایش تدریجی ذرات از سطح منسوج می باشد. در این مطالعه، نانوالیاف سلولز از طریق الکتروریسی محلول استات سلولز در مخلوط استون و د یمتیل سولفوکساید و استیله زدایی نانوالیاف، تهیه شد. استیله زدایی نانوالیاف استات، توسط دو ماده هیدروکسید پتاسیم و هیدروکسید سدیم انجام و ارزیابی شد. جهت اتصال مولکو لهای سایکلودکسترین به نانوالیاف سلولز بازیابی شده، از روش ایجاد اتصال عرضی توسط پل یکربوکسیلیک β- اسیدها استفاده شد. خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی نانوالیاف در هر مرحله توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی، طیف سنجی مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه و گرماسنجی پویشی تفاضلی بررسی شد. به منظور بررسی عملکرد نانوالیاف تولید شده، آنتی بیوتیک جنتامایسین در سایکلودکسترین های متصل به منسوج بارگذاری و نرخ رهایش آن توسط اسپکتروفوتومتر UV-Visible اندازه گیری شد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، مشاهده شد که حضور سایکلودکسترین بر سطح نانوالیاف تأثیر به سزایی بر رهایش کنترل شدة مولکول های مهمان از سطح منسوج دارد.
