پوشش های ضدحریق متورم شونده متشکل از بیندر سیلیکات پتاسیم

چکیده

در این مقاله پوشش های ضد حریق متورم شونده بر پایه آب متشکل از بیندرهای سیلیکات قلیایی با هدف کاربرد در محیط های عمومی و سازه های مسکونی به کار گرفته شد. این ,پوشش شامل سیستم دولایه بود. آستر اپوکسی- پلی آمید به عنوان لایه اول برای محافظت ر ا از سطح بستر به علت تولید محصولات جانبی خورنده در هنگام آتش سوزی و چسبندگی بهتر پوشش ضد حریق اعمال شد و لایه دوم، پوشش ضد حریق متورم شونده بود. آزمایش بر روی نمونه ها با کمک شعله افشان و ترمومتر لیزری در شرایط آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که استفاده از فقط رزین سیلیکات پتاسیم به دلیل تشکیل فوم کربنی از هم گسیخته  و در مقابل آتش مناسب نبود اما ترکیب ۴۵ % وزنی آن با رزین اکریلیک - وینیل استات باعث افزایش انسجام فوم کربنی شد. نتایج آزمونTGA نشان داد که این ترکیب باعث افزایش مقاومت وزنی در برابر حرارت در دوره دمایی20-500 درجه سانتیگراد به میزان 12.2% شد.
