بررسی پارامترهای مختلف در سنتز پلی نفتالین سولفونات

چکیده

ی‌نفتالین‌سولفونات(PNS) یکی از افزودنی‌های شیمیایی است که به‌طور عمده به‌عنوان عامل دیسپرس کننده در کاربردهای متنوع مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
سنتز این ترکیب در 2 مرحله انجام شد: 1- سولفوناسیون نفتالین 2- پلیمریزاسیون بتا نفتالین سولفونات. تأثیر پارامتر‌های مختلف در مراحل سنتز این ماده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. به‌منظور شناسایی ساختار از FTIR و H-NMR استفاده بعمل آمد. میزان خلوص بتا نفتالین سولفونات توسط آزمون نقطه‌ذوب تایید شد. بررسی جرم‌مولکولی و تأثیر عوامل مختلف بر روی آن به وسیله GPC انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش فرمالدهید و استفاده از کاتالیزور در حین انجام واکنش پلیمریزاسیون منجر به افزایش جرم مولکولی می‌شود. ازسوی دیگر هنگامی‌که که نسبت‌مولی فرمالدهید به نفتالین سولفونه 3 برابر شد، عدم انحلال PNS در محیط آبی را به‌دنبال داشت. حضور ناخالصی سولفات سدیم توسط آزمون XRD مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. استقاده از مخلوط سدیم و کلسیم هیدروکسید به عنوان عوامل خنثی‌ساز، کاهش نسبی سولفات سدیم را در پی‌داشت.
