تصفیه شیرابه زباله با استفاده از غشای نانو ساختار پلیمری در فرآیند اسمز مستقیم بیوراکتور جذبی-غشایی

چکیده

شیرابه زباله نوعی فاضلاب قوی است که آلودگی ناشی از آن در سراسر جهان به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین معضلات زیست محیطی مطرح است. در این پژوهش ابتدا به منظور کاهش بار آلی شیرابه از فرآیند انعقاد شیمیایی به‌وسیله مواد منعقد‌کننده از جمله سولفات آلومینیوم و پلی‌آلومینیوم کلراید استفاده شد و محدوده بهینه pH و غلظت بهینه ماده منعقد‌کننده بررسی شد. سپس برای تصفیه شیرابه زباله از فرآیند بیولوژیکی لجن‌فعال استفاده شد و در پایان برای جداسازی شیرابه تصفیه شده از بیوراکتور هوازی از فرایند غشایی FO-MBR استفاده شد و همچنین تأثیر جاذب کربن‌فعال در این فرایند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، با استفاده از مواد منعقدکننده( غلظت بهینه g/l 1 و 8=pH) میزان COD شیرابه بعد از فرایند پیش تصفیه %48 کاهش یافت. سپس با استفاده از فرایند هوازی لجن‌فعال تحت شرایط بهینه هوادهی و نسبت "gCOD" ⁄"MLSS.d" 312/0=F/M و زمان ماند هیدرولیکی 24 ساعت میزان حذف COD به %5/28 رسید. در بخش آخر با استفاده از غشای سنتز شده سلولزی در غالب ماژول قاب و صفحه و به صورت مستغرق‌ در درون بیوراکتور هوازی فرایند FO-MBR مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین به منظور بهبود عملکرد این فرایند از جاذب کربن‌فعال با غلظت g/l 2 استفاده شد که این امر موجب بهبود عملکرد سیستم تصفیه شیرابه زباله گردید به گونه‌ای که میزان حذف COD از %74 به %89 افزایش یافت و همچنین میزان تغیرات غلظت MLSS در طول فرایند 4 روزه FO-MBR در مقایسه با حالت عدم وجود جاذب %24 افزایش داشت.
